How to calculate how much a perspective transformation is similar to an affine one?

With the help of the OpenCV library and f-ii cv::findHomography, a perspective matrix was obtained. How to determine how much the transformation associated with it is similar to the affine one?

Calculate the delta between the results of each same transformation.
