How to calculate bitrate?
File 1.flv. Its length is 155 seconds, video bitrate is 1000 Kbps. Of these data, only the video size is 1000 * 155 = 155000Kb = 151Mb. A 1.flv file weighs 21Mb. I do not understand.

The bitrate is given in kilobits , and the size is calculated in kilobytes , just 8 times the difference.
