How to cache files in Yii2?

I work with Curl and I have a huge amount of cookies. When accessing an account, it must read a cookie file from the hard drive each time. How can I cache this file in Yii2?
As I understand it, you need to work with the yii\caching\FileCache component.
But I did not understand how to cache files using it.
