They dragged the computer home, entered the wrong password 3 times and that's it. We can’t enter our password, we don’t know the admin. (Don't talk to me about carelessness, I was just asked to help). Is it possible to somehow enter the system, bypassing all this, or will only booting from the installation flash drive help to upgrade to the state of the store?
