How to bypass the timeout?

I'm trying to make an Instagram parser using puppeteer and nodejs. The parser goes through the pages of online stores and collects information. After a certain number of transitions, Instagram starts to give a timeout with the error "Error, Please wait a few minutes before you try again"

Please tell me what tools / possibilities are there to bypass this blocking?
