How to bypass the primary authentication of the application via the Internet on a SIM card?

There is a stupid banking application on Android. It asks itself to be activated through a) the original SIM b) through the mobile Internet. Not via wifi.

And even crack, there is no other way. It's good that I have a sim card. But, I'm in another country and just to connect the Internet for a one-time activation, I will need about $50.

How to bypass or in what direction to dig to bypass these idiotic activation? Just to be activated via wifi.

How is it even to google?
