How to bypass the instruction when registering the Google Cloud Platform of your own business and does Google itself check its availability?
Hello, I recently found out that Google is providing $300 for a trial period of using the Google Cloud Platform. Of course, I wanted to try it, but when filling out the proposed form, the account type was initially Business, not individual. Despite the help Google attached to the account type line, which says that I can choose the type that suits me, I couldn’t change business (there was no treasured pencil near the line and the font was nondescript gray, which together meant immutability). Subsequently, I stumbled upon this resource with an article from 2016, the essence of which was to change the rules of Google in connection with VAT taxes, which means it is impossible to be identified as an individual. After reading all two hundred plus comments, I did not find a discussion of workarounds. Therefore, I decided to register myself and ask more knowledgeable people, of whom, I am sure, there are quite a few here, firstly, about the relevance of that article; secondly, which countries do not have this rule (if yes, is it possible to use a proxy); thirdly, does Google check the presence of the enterprise indicated in the questionnaire?
Here is the article thanks to which I am here https://m.habr.com/post/316008/
