How to bypass read-only when editing data in a selection in pgAdmin?

I'm looking for an easy way to manually make several edits to the fields of related tables.

I'm trying this:
1. In pgAdmin4 I get a selection from several related tables
2. I change the value in custom fields
3. The value is not saved

I generally understand that the resulting selection is not the same, that the tables in the database. But maybe there is a solution that will allow me not to write UPDATE queries in this case, but simply insert characters into the field)
