How to bypass a closed port?

Hello.
This situation: the Internet, which I often use, has many ports closed.
My goal: to play Counter-Strike 1.6 ONLINE
The main question is: how can I join some online cs server if I have the necessary port closed, and the possibility of opening it is completely absent?
As I understand it, a VPN with good ping would suit me (i.e. strictly Russia, Ukraine).
If so, where can I get it? It’s just that I don’t even have a clue how to google, or “rent a VPN server”, or something else ...
Please, share the link (of course, where it’s cheaper)
Or, perhaps, another way to achieve my goal?
