If you talk about links and mention the word buy, you are already looking in the wrong direction. The only ways that can take place are buying reviews with a link to the site as anchorless, or even mentioning the brand without a link, or buying, for example, an article in some publication with a link to the site. Buying links anywhere just for the sake of a link is useless and extremely dangerous for promotion.
