I want to buy such a laptop store.hp.com/GermanyStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=K1... As I understand it, VAT 19% is included in the price, but in Hetzner.de, for example, you can easily deduct this percentage from the cost, indicating that you are not from Europe.
Can this be done on the official HP website or in some other way, through the same Ebay, maybe? Or will they just not deliver to Russia from store.hp.com/GermanyStore ?
