Share your recipe. Has anyone managed to pre-order at least? Or from 11/13/2012 only?

I signed up for a big top (because they don’t require a scan of documents, as it is in Polar Express), I got a card for Oregon in my Google wallet.

For some reason, only the mail address can be entered on the device page.
Missed something somewhere?
Do I need to buy something small through the card so that there are no problems with the direct purchase of the device?
