How to buy a license for Sublime Text in an organization?

The purchase of software in the organization where I work must be done properly (what would then be an invoice with VAT), and Sublime Text is sold only through Pay-Pal. How can I purchase a license in my case?
I also wonder if I can work without a license key (in trial mode) as much as I want at work?
PS: in addition to ST3, unfortunately, I did not find more options for myself. Free alternatives like brackets or atom have many shortcomings and are not as convenient as we would like.
