Everything is ok, everything works, but in some products and categories the connections are lost, for example, if you want to buy a variable product, you choose a color variation - an error with the color variation is written, it is solved by going to the products - attributes - Set rules - and on this particular attribute you click properties - update and everything works. The same with categories, you go by category on the front - 404 error, just update the category (properties - update) - it is restored.

I checked the values ​​of the tables wp_term_relationships and so on - everything is there, ID_shki match.

If the attribute values ​​​​would be like categories - half a hundred, I updated it with my hands in a couple of hours without problems, but there are several thousand attributes.
