I use a convenient plugin for bulk product editing WooCommerce Advanced Bulk Edit, which can find empty attributes and delete them en masse. The plugin has many advantages. We manage a store with 120k items. Without the plug-in, a staff of 20 people would be needed, and this is how one copes.
