How to Build Your Linux Boot Disk (ISO Distribution)?

I have a customized Linux installed on my computer with all the programs I need and so on.
How to pack this whole thing on a USB flash drive or somewhere else so that you can easily transfer it to another computer?
Another very important addition, when transferring to a new computer, a small welcome window should pop up, similar to the installer, in which you could change the settings.
In general, about as in Tails, if you know what I mean.

In this case, I highly recommend looking towards puppyrus. There is a masterpiece system modular. In general, read their wiki how and how the system differs in terms of its modularity.
