How to build Wi-Fi for an apartment with impenetrable walls?

The walls in the house are very thick and Wi-Fi does not penetrate them. Even the mobile phone does not catch from the entrance.
My router completely suits me (there are drives, and third-party software can be installed, etc.), but I would like some simple and inexpensive way to amplify / relay its signal to another part of the apartment.
What is the best way to do this?

Проблема всех людей с проблемными "стенами", двухэтажными домами и т.п. - в том что они пытаются решить проблему, путём повышения мощности, тратясь на дорогостоящее оборудование.
Хотя решение проблемы лежит в том что-бы установить дополнительные точки доступа в проблемных местах и за те деньги которые вы выкинете на оборудование единственной точки дорогостоящим оборудованием, хватит, что-бы обвешаться точками доступа с ног до головы :)

And what kind of router is such that it does not break through a 90 cm wall?
I have two load-bearing walls 50 cm, between them in one brick interior + apartment of neighbors = through all this it catches on the street on the phone, the speed is normal, you can listen to music online.
Perhaps your problem is not in the walls, but in the router itself? Perhaps not the best place to install the router.
