How to build the code so that it takes up less space?

Here I have a server.js file and a src folder in which there are many more folders and various files (Routes controllers and all that). All this on express.
How can I use webpack to compile all this into the dist folder so that it is modified and takes up less space and works for the node ./dist/server.js command , how can I build the src folder with all nestings in dist.
