How to build seamless WiFi on Mikrotik?

There are several dual band Mikrotiks RB962.
Is it possible to configure them in such a way to use the 5Ghz range for connecting devices to each other and 2.4Ghz for distributing seamless WiFi to clients? Well, one of the devices should act as an Internet gateway.
The task is to qualitatively cover a large room with powerful WiFi coverage (one router cannot cope).
Tell me which way to dig, links to instructions are welcome.

If it is possible to lay a twisted pair from the main router to others - lay it, connect it by wire, configure CAPsMAN. You will not find anything more convenient for seamlessness and in addition, save both ranges for users. If this is not possible, then look towards the wireless-rep package and / or non-fully connected Mesh ( video , presentation )
