How to build php with gearman support on windows?

The task is to deploy gearman/supervisor/nginx/php
Installation was done according to the manual ( https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5580956/how-to... )
Stuck on adding the gearman module to php. At the same time, the link to pear is broken and cannot be found.

Maybe something to replace gearman?
