How to build ffmpeg for Android?

Please tell us how to build the current version of ffmpeg to run in an Android application. All the instructions that I managed to get on the network are either outdated or do not give the proper result, deliberately skipping steps because "everything is clear here anyway."
Maybe someone has experience or met material somewhere that properly tells how to do this?
