How to build bkg matrix via js (anychart?)?

You need to make a thing that will build the BCG matrix (Boston Consulting Group) like this.

Before that, I made a petal chart through any chart and everything was fine, I parsed a table with inputs through js and then used it to build a chart.
I know that there is a bubble chart in anychart, but it does not display in the form in which it is necessary (so that there is a starting point in the center, and bubbles already diverge from it).
Maybe someone has already worked with anychart and knows how to do it? Well, or what other library can be used for this?
