How to build an olap cube if datalake is on postgres?

Colleagues, good afternoon!

The company deployed a storage (datalake) on Hive, decided to create storefronts in PostgreSQL.
There are no problems to collect a report with a script through a connection in Excel. But the report turns out to be heavy (> 50Mb), naturally, such a report will not crawl into the mail, and the main problem is that there is no way to show data in the report for a longer period. In this regard, we want to assemble an olap-cube.
Please share your experience, is there any tool to create a cube, if the base is on Postgres?

Ps: we collect the cube for the first time, so I apologize if the question seemed stupid.
