How to build an ad site?

On what to build an ad site, or rather a specific web program, if

  • it is necessary that users enter ad data without entering text, but using a form - by selecting different parameters with buttons / birds / dropdowns,
  • you need the server to generate pages for each ad, and in the pages - the data entered by the user, but already displayed in syntactic sentences (of course, according to a predetermined formula),
The most primitive explanation of thought: if "apartment" is chosen; "new building"; "yes"; "no", "65", "2", and on the page it says " Apartment for sale in a new building , there is a repair , no equipment , 65 square meters, 2 bathrooms."

  • site visitors should not have a search bar for ads: they search (filter) by the same parameters using the form,
  • site visitors need to display filtering results very quickly with ad previews that match their query parameters

Please give good advice!

Mikhail Ermolov : You need to demand the solution of a specific TK. It is not you who should indicate the framework to him, otherwise you will hear enough and put the developer in an unproductive framework. Make up a detailed TOR with mockups of what and how you see, show the developer, say how much you are willing to pay, or ask how much he estimates the development.
From you requirements - from the developer implementation. Don't tell him how to do his job)

Wordpress, Joomla, I recommend the first one, because for the user - perhaps one of the most democratic options. Joomla is more powerful, but also more complex. Of course, to achieve your requirements, you will need to hang them with plugins that are with a 95% guarantee. Basic knowledge of English is required to search/understand.
In the general case - any general-purpose CMS or framework \ AP.
