How to build a server yourself?

Received the task without spending a lot of money to buy a server. I tried to pick up the configuration myself, but I'm not sure if I took everything into account. Will spin 1s server, terminal for remoteapp, DC, file storage, telephony for a small office. Then, someday, 1s will leave for another.
Maybe something is not compatible, something is missing?
