How to build a query to fill a table based on another one?

There is a session table, each entry has the number of tickets sold. How to fill in the table with tickets as many times as there are tickets in the table of sessions? How to add so many ticket records knowing the number of sessions and the tickets sold per session?

In the table (or rather the view) "Session" you need to indicate the number of tickets sold from the corresponding table. And not vice versa.
