How to build a Qt project for Raspberry without pain?

I read manuals. Everywhere they either compile qt5 on the board itself, or collect tools from some obscure repositories and embed something into the raspbian image.
If I download Qt-android. Will I be able to deploy the application by simple copying? Or is it impossible to do without rebuilding qt modules?

I built Qt on Raspberry.

But then I found an already assembled version.
