How to build a project in Angular?

Good day! There is a test project on Angular 1 + Hapi.js + Node.js. Tell me how to properly assemble the project, so that later it can be transferred further (production assembly)? I use only NPM. I read several manuals on Gulpjs, but did not fully understand how to build my project specifically with it.
