How to build a package without rebuilding the solution?

There are solutions. It has 2 web projects. Now the assembly looks like this:
1. Building the solution (5 minutes)
2. Package on the Web1 project (2 minutes)
3. Package on the Web2 project. (2 minutes)
How can I make it so that Package would already take the compiled binaries, and not rebuild the projects again?
