How to build a matrix based on the values of another matrix in MathCAD Prime 4.0?

There is a 7x7 matrix A with constant values. How to construct a matrix B in which all elements are calculated by the formula f(i, j):= a_ij + a_ji, where i, j is the index of the matrix?
