How to Build a Compass App for Android?

There is a quest, the goal is to find the next clue, guided by the arrow on the phone. The application should track the location of the player by GPS and show the direction to the point wired in the program. What is the best way to organize this and what addons will I need? Maybe there are already finished projects? I'd rather work on Unity.
