How to build a 75TB Raid array?

It is necessary to connect 40 hdd sata x2tb to a Raid6 array based on Windows Server. While I consider Software raid.
I looked at used hardware on ebay.
Do I understand the creation of a Software raid correctly?
LSI SAS 9217-8i - I use it as a host bus adapter.
I connect two expanders HP SAS Expander Card 24-Port SAS PCI-E Expander Board 468405-001
to hba I connect hdd to expanders.
In Windows Server 2019, I'm setting up a dual parity array.

@alex_devPY

While I consider Software raid.
I don't think it's worth it. this solution:
- for hard drives connected without full-fledged raid controllers
- it heavily loads CPU and RAM, especially since you want 40 hard drives and raid 6
upd alex_devPY ,
Data backup
then it’s more likely to make a ReFS pool (not to be confused with raid)
https://docs.microsoft.com/ru-ru/windows-server/st...
the selected hardware for the pool should fit
upd 2 except for disks
and on 9217-8i ride features will need to be extinguished
