I am the owner of a telegram chat, information from which the Internet needs. I am looking for a solution for broadcasting all our chat correspondence to a web page that will be indexed by search engines. The delay in the appearance of messages is not important, you have your own hosting. There is also no need to send messages from the site. Just indexing information.

Add a bot as an admin, collect all messages, display them on the site. I won’t suggest a ready-made solution, but such a bot is written quite easily.
