How to broadcast on Youtube 24/7?

There is an IP camera giving the RTSP stream. With the help of simple manipulations, I broadcast everything into a "live broadcast" on Youtube. Everything works great.
The problem arises when some kind of failure occurs on the source: the camera freezes, the power goes out, or something else. The stream on Youtube is interrupted and he considers that the broadcast has ended. When the stream resumes, Youtube creates a new live stream with the n address. Those. now the broadcast is here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wg4G3hJP_VQ and tomorrow it will be here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjhGHy
How can this be avoided? This is necessary to publish the broadcast on a third-party site.

Get the same json tape address! If the broadcast is on your site, the script.

$live ='https://www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/search?part=snippet&type=video&eventType=live&channelId='.$fullname666.'&order=date&key=';
