How to broadcast multiple channels on a local network?

I work in television, there are 3 channels that we broadcast. And how can I hang up these three channels in the local network? So that people can view these channels on a PC. And on TVs, for the TV we will buy a set-top box.

Usually for this you need to recode the stream (if the server is linux) using ffmpeg or vlc into the TV / player format.
Further, the link of the already encoded video is given to the player for viewing. Or with the help of a playlist is given.
