How to bring everything to the following rules -
indent_style = space,
indent_size = 4,
the whole project automatically, which is located in the src folder?

I don’t know about all files, but if you write
{"keys": ["alt+shift+f"], "command": "reindent", "args": {"single_line": false}}
then after pressing alt+shift +f will reindent the document
