How to bring back the old smooth scrolling in the new Firefox Nigtly/Developer?

Hello. Previously, in any version of Firefox, there was always smooth scrolling on sites, now it’s smooth in the usual one, and in Firefox Nightly / Developer it’s sharp like in Chrome (i.e. there is animation, not really sharp, but compared to how it was - sharp). How to get back smooth scrolling back?

I dug into the hidden parameters and found it. You need to change this setting "general.smoothScroll.mouseWheel.migrationPercent" in "about:config" from 100 to 0.
