How to break Windows 7 without breaking windows?

Good day to all!
Do not consider me a psycho, it is very necessary to break the launch of windows 7 remotely so that you can restore it without problems to restore functionality: for example, rename a file, move a file, edit the registry or something like that. It only comes to mind to write a bat with the reboot command and put it into autoload. Maybe someone else can suggest something?

if you need to leave for repairs after, then it’s better to schedule tasks (batch file with overload) with a pause, for example, 10 minutes. when working or having fun, it's very annoying, such a restart :)

Oh yes, a lot. Replace shell for example. Throw nasty things into startup, logon scripts, or somewhere else. If you have a boot disk / USB flash drive and know how to use it, you can move the bootloader to another disk (using EasyBCD, for example). You can swap the buttons on the keyboard - keyTweak, etc.
