How to boot linux from livecd on a partition?

Good afternoon,

  • Need to boot busybox/minimal Linux from livecd.
  • Format HDD if needed.
  • Copy/Unzip Ubuntu 12.04 from squashfs to HDD.
  • Boot from HDD or mount Ubuntu 12.04 on HDD as root partition(/).
This process should be automatic and in one boot (I inserted the disk and all the magic happened) : The system boots from the disk - formats the partition if necessary, unzips Linux to the HDD and loads it.
It is impossible to be loaded from HDD.
How can I boot with one Linux (minimum) and then switch to another?
Can I change the core or do I need a special core to get it right from the start?
PS:
My boot device is livecd and I can't load squashfs into memory.

Boot from HDD
Boot from HDD is impossible.

It's unclear. Can you describe the required goal, rather than a conflicting sequence of actions?

Draw a large script that will analyze the parameters of a screw or partitions on it and, if necessary, deploy an image to it, then update-grub and reboot the system.
shove the script into the initrd, for example, plus connect the necessary kernel modules.
At the first boot, in the BIOS, select boot from usb - the script will start, do everything that is needed, reboot.
The second boot will boot from the screw into the installed linux.
but the devil is in the details, for "production" it will be necessary to test on different systems
