How to Boost Windows 7 to 10?
I really like 7, but compared to 10 it:
1) does not defragment correctly and uses an SSD
2) my 4590 does not work at 100% on 7, a couple of cores are always under 90, the rest are 80-90
3) has this poor and ancient Windows task
manager and the interface is normal, nothing needs to be changed here. The rest is fine too.
How can I normalize CPU usage? (Firewood for the chipset and everything else costs, percent k, but in stock like the mother). Then replace the task manager with an eighth or tenth one? Well, how to make it clear to W7 that the SSD should be protected and properly defragmented?
PS Always and everywhere I update, built-in antivirus, smartscreen, in short, everything except the firewall. If crypto-stepping, then easy download from cloud. All the necessary info is saved by cd. In general, I very finely tune the systems and epps and follow them.

has this wretched and ancient task managerTask Manager from 7 to 10 hasn't changed much.
How can I normalize CPU usage? It's not entirely clear what "normalize" means. The processor works if there is work. If there are no tasks, it is idle. Only and everything.
Well, how to make it clear to W7 that the SSD should be protected and properly defragmented? The SSD does not need to be defragmented. If you need to take care of it - put it in the refrigerator, after disconnecting it from the computer.
