Most likely, you do not need to strengthen anything additionally, because you installed and used it incorrectly.
1. Make sure the switch on the microphone is not set to "-10", but is set to omni or cardioid.
2. Make sure you're using it as a USB device, and don't connect an audio cable to the microphone input through its headphone output.
3. Using the signal level indicator in any program, for example - Audacity, achieve the optimal level by adjusting the gain level in the settings of the OS itself (System Preferences, Sound, Input, after selecting the appropriate device)
4. In the same place, only on the Output page, adjust the volume built-in headphone output.
