How to block the ability to copy docks from network shares?

Good day! We have a network share on which media and text files with various kinds of information are stored, the management has a question whether it is possible to somehow prevent the copying of information and its printing. I asked Google, he said that no, the maximum you can block is access to the USB port, which was done much earlier. Out of the corner of my ear where I saw I read I heard that there are software systems that were specially developed for this, where can I read about it and find out the cost of this?
Thanks in advance!

Firstly, docks cannot be dumped in a huge ugly heap - they need to be distributed in folders, and access to folders should be given on the basis of belonging to a department.
Secondly, of course there is the NSR, for example, Stakhanovets. But it is paid (although up to 5 connections are free).
