How to block spam requests through add. field in Contact Form 7?
There is a site with feedback forms, through which left applications from bots are constantly falling, several dozen every day. The site is powered by WP, forms work through ContactForm 7. Forms are protected by Google ReCaptcha.
If I put recaptcha v2 with the flag "I'm not a robot" - requests fall. If I put v3 - requests from bots stop, but I myself can’t always send a test request - Google once again takes me and the site owner for bots.
I want to implement a simple algorithm: an additional field and a request for the user to enter a number there that changes.
If the user does not enter a number or enters the wrong number, the application does not go away. Those. self-made simple captcha, the charm of which is in its uniqueness)
Is it possible to implement this through Contact Form 7, or only by writing your own plugin/shortcode?
