How to block multiple websites with Bind10?

For the local network there will be only one DNS server on Bind10, in fact, how to make sure that some sites do not resolve.

Or if you need to display a message that the site is blocked - redirect to your server.

Apparently, I didn’t formulate the question quite accurately: I understand about empty zones, I just can’t figure out how to add them in bind10 with the syntax.
