How to block access on a schedule?

While I'm at work, I wish my family members didn't have access to my folders and documents. So that they could not start the development environment and file files. But I don’t want to do some kind of body movements in the morning and evening every time. Is it possible to somehow automate the lock process to launch some programs and access some files on a schedule? For example, from 10 am to 7 pm. :)

The laptop has multiple accounts. And only I have an account with admin rights, which allows you to configure the access level so that you can not install new programs, as well as climb into folders with projects.

Once I tried such a program contentwasher.ru/ , though for myself - so that I don’t run unnecessary things during working hours :) It’s set up just by the hours and days of the week, you can add both programs and sites to the stop list.
