There is one person in VK who got me. The solution to the problem is to add it to the CH, but there is one place where the CH does not work, for example in a conversation with several people. The solution is situation 2:

But these options don't work. Because I’m not the admin of the conversation and therefore I can’t delete it, I can’t get out of there either, because they write important information there.

For FireFox, there is Greasemonkey for this, you can do without it.
