How to block a country domain in exim?

There is a lot of spam coming from the co.ua domain.
I found this rule, but it does not work, how can I kill these spammers?
Blocking IP Addresses by Country:
deny message = "Host in blacklist - $dnslist_domain \n $dnslist_text"
dnslists = co.ua.countries.nerd.dk
