How to blindly share the Internet from cmd?

The computer does not have a screen. I am trying to create a WiFi hotspot.
I have executed the following in cmd:

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=enable ssid="Мой SSID" key="Мой пароль" keyUsage=persistent
netsh wlan start hostednetwork

Now it remains to share the Internet.
Connection of the external Internet interface is wired.
Can this be done via cmd?

Probably dig towards PowerShell. In general, in my opinion, it’s easier to shoot a monik for 10 minutes.
