How to bind datatable to datagrid using {Binding}?

I found an example on www.codescratcher.com , but there is an example without {Binding}. How can this be done with {Binding}?

OleDbDataAdapter da = new OleDbDataAdapter(cmd);
            dt = new DataTable();
            da.Fill(dt);
            gvData.ItemsSource = dt.AsDataView();

what is not clear here?
