How to bind canvas to display coordinates?

There is an interactive map built using svg and area coordinates. There is an idea to apply dynamic inscriptions and lines using canvas. However, canvas anchor and svg anchor do not match and all canvas elements move out when scaled. Tell me, plizzz, how can I bind the canvas to the coordinates of the area type? To make the responsiveness of the svg match the responsiveness of the canvas.
